These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the digital guides and downloads offered by Whitebeard Marketing OÜ (trading as “Beauty is Tested”), a company registered in Estonia, VAT EE102584071 through this website and our Gumroad store. By buying or downloading, you agree to these terms.
Our products are digital educational guides (PDF ebooks) about beauty-product value and ingredients. They are delivered electronically through Gumroad. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, or reproduce the files or their contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
All content in our guides and on this site — text, structure, and design — is our intellectual property or used with permission, and remains protected by copyright.
Our guides are for general information and consumer education only. They are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and comparisons reflect value and formulation, not a claim that any two products are identical. Everyone’s skin is different: patch-test new products, introduce one active at a time, and consult a qualified professional for any persistent or changing concern. We do not guarantee any specific result or saving; individual outcomes vary with skin, habits, and product availability.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Gumroad. Access is delivered digitally, usually immediately after purchase, via a download link and/or email.
Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins, in accordance with EU consumer law. Beyond that, if something is genuinely wrong with your purchase, contact us at [ CONFIRM: your support email, e.g. hello@beautyistested.com ] [ CONFIRM your refund policy — e.g. a goodwill refund window ] and we’ll try to help. Refunds, where offered, are handled through Gumroad.
